What is the Fit in 5 Challenge? It is a 5 Week Health and Fitness Challenge where we supply you with workout classes (Fitness Kickboxing), nutrition guidance, meal plans and check ins, and you get the chance to win £100 if you make the most progress over 5 weeks.
What is included? Access to up to 2 Classes Per Week for 5 Weeks, Nutrition Targets and Guidance Specific to You, Daily Check Ins, Chance to Win £100, Accompanying Video Library.
What Should I Expect? We get you booked in for your initial intro training session. We collect required details from you using a secure online form. We email you over all the welcome info you need to get started, class info and contact info. You attend your first session, and then attend session times that suit you. You will get fitter, you will get stronger, you will drop body fat.
